Oprah Winfrey and President Obama are one and the same.

They are people who have greatly benefited from America’s riches and who are always willing to degrade America at any opportunity. Both of these people rose to riches and power when America was very prosperous and both assumed that the only reason was because of their superior personalities and nothing else. Both these personalities think they can trump reality and turn water into wine. As it turns out both are facing a day of reckoning with reality and the future is very bleak for them. Oprah’s personality is no longer working for success as her new launch of her OWN ( Oprah Winfrey Network) venture is crumbling and collapsing into oblivion. The same holds true with Obama. Everything he touches turns to failure: jobs, the economy, immigration, international affaires, health care, Solyndra-gate, Fast and Furious, OWS etc. You name it and he is failing at it.

It’s over! Cain won again

On November 4^th, 2011 we wrote an article entitled:” It’s Over! Cain won.” In it we started by saying:

“It has been 5 days now since Herman Cain has been accused and we still do not know what he did.”More…

On November 10^th, 2011 Herman Cain announces that there is a new sheriff in town to put some law and order in all these unfounded allegations. His name is J. Lin Wood.

“Herman Cain, who is seeking the Republican presidential nomination, has hired a high-profile defamation lawyer to keep an eye on the sexual harassment accusations made public by two women this week.”More…

This new sheriff was a shot across the bow of the rumor mill. Basically he was telling Gloria Allred, Sharon Bialek’s attorney, to be advised. All the accusers were now being monitored for everything they said and in particular for defamation statements. This also meant that because of Wood’s high caliber and success with burying people who defame and with destroying them in court he would do the same to people making unfounded allegations against Mr. Cain.

Well guess what. The day Mr. Cain announced that Lin Wood, Esquire was in the picture, that very same day, all the accusers disappeared.

Since this controversy broke about Herman Cain we could not understand why all these harassment allegations came exclusively from the National Restaurant Association ( NRA) employees. Mr. Cain has been in business for 42 years. He was at the NRA 3 years. Why were there no complaints during his other 39 years in business? This was very odd.

Who is Sharon Bialek the most recent woman to accuse Herman Cain of inappropriate behavior?

According to MacsMind who received this from a female co-worker:

‘“She [Bialek] was fired from her job, and her boyfriend suggested she contact Cain in hopes he could help her find employment.” In this particular incident she was fired for falsely accusing her boss of sexual harassment, a charge denied by co-workers, as well as being pretty much a pain in the ass to work with.

“I remember her as a time-waster, and rabble-rouser. If she didn’t get her way she cried about sexual harassment”. A former co-worker, a female no less, emailed me. “She was trouble with a capital “T”. The fact that she waited 13 years and never said a word not even during Cain’s earlier forays into politics. It has been 5 days now since Herman Cain has been accused and we still do not know what he did. We do not know who his accusers are. There is no proof of any kind or that this ever happened but this is simply a smear of innuendo and nothing more. Do you realize that these are simply dreamed up unsubstantiated allegations. On day one we knew what Bill Clinton had done. We knew his accuser Monika Lewinski. Why is Politico so unwilling to give us the who, what, when, how and why of the story. That is basic journalism.

Could it be this is simply a racist lynching on the Main Stream Media part? We should also say that we are not promoting or endorsing Cain as a candidate. We are simply pointing a massive double standard.

Yesterday, a nuclear explosion hit the news. Bank of America came clean and unloaded $75 trillion in derivative debt on the FDIC. We know according to the weekly reports of banks that are going bankrupt at FDIC.gov that their real estate derivative portfolio is worth no more than half of what they have represented. This means that it is a good assumption that that $75 trillion is worth no more than half. At the same time Michelle Obama is all afritter about her new book on growing carrots in her White house Garden. At the same time that she pigs out on the most calorie rich most unhealthy foods, she lectures Americans not to do as she does but to do as she says. In tandem, President Obama goes on the airwaves wondering why the average American is not more thankful for all his hard work on their behalf.

“Big deal,” you say. Who cares!

It is no surprise that there is a firestorm of controversy over Herman Cain’s latest campaign advertisement. This controversy fits very well the main stream press’ media-lying template. It goes something like this. Lie about what your candidate is doing and scream about what your candidate’s enemy is doing even if he is doing exactly the same thing.

That there is main stream positive media bias toward President Obama and anything Democrat is undeniable. What most do not realize is that this bias has become a massive industry of lying and deceit on a scale you cannot even understand. James O’Keefe the twenty something firebrand who founded Project Veritas an organization devoted to uncovering media lying has been very successful at showing how pervasive media intentional lying is. O’Keefe’s fame first started when he and a colleague single handedly brought down the national Acorn organization which played a major role in getting Obama elected.

This has to be a total joke. The president has so totally lost control of the country that he is soliciting the support of any hooligan to help him. These OWS events are popping up we are told all over the world spontaneously but it is now obvious that the main stream press is acting as a public relations firm to make it look like this is a massive movement. In reality if you took everyone participating in the US they probably would not fit in a stadium of 50,000. If you took all the protesters around the world measured against the combined populations of America and Europe they would be like a grain of sand. Arizona’s City of Phoenix has also had the OWS franchise hit the local markets on October 15th. The crowds were overwhelming (heavy on the sarcasm here). Maricopa county and city government crashing the economy

In May of 2010 we wrote an article on the county’s Proposition 100 that seeked to raise the sales tax in order to pay for school expenses. We said that in a shrinking economy raising taxes only serves to further crash the economy.

Naturally most citizens did not understand this and they rushed in to approve Proposition 100.

Now we are fully a year later and the economy is crashing nationally and locally. Arizona’s economy is on life support faring as one of the worst in the country. Foreclosures are up another 7% and Maricopa County is raising property taxes and the Paradise Valley School district wants to float a bond for more school expenses. Tax revenues are shrinking and Maricopa County may not be able to afford the interest on the bonds because the tax revenues are not there.

What struck us when we saw which two candidates will face off in the general election is that we are looking at the Democrat-Republican ruling class. Why bother enforcing immigration laws?

Someone recently asked us why illegal immigrants take away jobs from Americans who don’t want to do those jobs. Does a war veteran from the Afghanistan or Iraqi war get put at the back of the employment line when he comes home behind all the illegal immigrants who take those jobs? Why would veterans be put at a disadvantage if these are jobs only illegal immigrants want to do? Let's not forget that 57% of immigrant households receive welfare and the largest amount of welfare to these immigrant households is paid in Arizona.

The first and most important word in this discussion is “illegal.” The people who are here illegally are benefiting from a system that offers them employment and government benefits which are coming from an increasingly shrinking pie. There really is no difference between someone who is here illegally and a legal resident or US citizen because the president has decided he will not enforce immigration laws. The president wanted to pass the DREAM act and could not so he passed a back door DREAM ACT that is the same as non enforcement. Basically, Obama has amnesty to anyone currently in the USA and coming to the USA at a time when the economy is collapsing and jobs are more and more scarce. The American citizen or legal resident comes dead last in Obama’s eyes.

Michelle Obama: the $10 million dollar first lady

About a year ago Arizona’s Pinal County Sheriff Paul Babeu had to raise donations to buy 150 semiautomatic rifles to protect his deputies. The Pinal county Board of Supervisors seemed to put such roadblocks for getting the rifles that Babeu had to raise the funds on his own. The rifles go for $1000-$3000 each. One of Babeu’s deputies had been ambushed by drug runners and was outgunned and almost killed. Babeu also gad to go before the board of supervisors to beg for seven more deputies and the board was also giving him grief for that too. Think about what these law enforcement people are up against and what roadblocks are put in their way by our own government.

Let’s remember that the sheriff departments are the only barrier standing between the ordinary citizen and the bad guys. If the sheriffs don’t show up for work, we citizens are on our own.

We then started thinking what $10 million dollars would buy for the sheriff of much needed equipment and man power. That $10 million is what Michelle Obama has apparently spent in taxpayer money this year on her vacations. That is correct and you read that right. She has spent an estimated $10 million this year in taxpayer money on her personal vacations.

It is amazing that President Obama is competing with President Jimmy Carter for who has the most stupid and disastrous DREAM ACT and who will have had the most destructive administration to the country’s wellbeing in the history of the United States.

The year was 1980 and the economy in Cuba was in shambles where the Cuban GDP shrank by 35%. Our genius president at the time was Jimmy Carter. He agreed along with Cuban dictator Fidel Castro to allow whoever wanted to leave Cuba to come and immigrate to the United States with no pre-conditions. The departure of these Cuban immigrants occurred from the Mariel Harbor in Cuba between April 15 and October 31 1980.

Not surprisingly, Obama’s DREAM ACT policies now allow anyone on the planet to walk, drive or fly to the United States with no pre-conditions. The new arrivals will also be allowed to apply for work permits and all welfare benefits.

President Obama’s DREAM ACT is now in full force and he is enacting it like a dictator by decree going against the will of the Congress. This means that these same illegal immigrants can apply for welfare, food stamps, free health care with no more hindrances. Ask yourselves this. With real unemployment in the 18% range how is letting in millions of new immigrants going to help unemployment? Clearly ordinary law abiding Americans are simple collateral damage to the president. How is letting millions of illegal immigrants going to impact the already full to cracking medical system that is scheduled to add over 30 million uninsured next year? How will all these people affect welfare benefits?

When Saddam Hussein, the dictator of Iraq, retreated from his invasion of Kuwait he inflicted maximum damage to the country by blowing up every oil well. The devastation was incalculable. That was his way of inflicting maximum damage to the country he ruled.

He told us if we did not raise it disaster would come. He voted to raise it and disaster has come anyway. It just seems like there is no more fight in him to do the right thing.

Sarah Palin on the other hand, his Vice Presidential nominee of the last elections, has the steeled resolve to win that McCain wishes he still had.

If you watch Sarah Palin’s Alaska you walk away with two major ideas. Sarah is firmly anchored in reality and she carefully weighs the consequences of ignoring reality. President Obama has ignored reality for the last 3 years and he is getting a whipping from its consequences that he will never forget as long as he lives.

1764: The final number before the systemic economic collapse 48 months from now

After $1764 the point of no return of the dollar will be irreversible and the dollar as we know it will be no more and so will all the other developed nations’ currencies.

It will take about 48 months for all this to come to pass. Gold may reach as high as $12,000.00 per ounce in that timeframe. This is a disaster of epic proportions. That will be the reset point where entitlements will evaporate and cease to exist. State and local governments will have to cut their budgets in half. Senator John Kerry: The Tea Party downgraded the country's credit worthiness

Debt ceiling was raised so no one's chances of re-election would be jeopardized. Arizona’s John McCain wanted it raised to preserve his standing in the ruling class of politicians in Washington. Raising the debt ceiling certainly had nothing to do with preserving the future of the country or of the ordinary American. Everything he promised would not happen as a result of raising the debt ceiling has happened. We can only conclude that our welfare was not really his concern or the concern of the other ruling class Washingtonian politicians.

It is that simple.

Obama wanted the debt ceiling raised because he did not want the issue to surface during the 2012 presidential elections.
The Republicans wanted to raise it because they did not want to be blamed for the consequences. Both parties were so fearful of being blamed that they teamed up to pass the debt ceiling because they stood to lose too much if they did not. So what did we get?

Shared sacrifice: The top 20 White House employees are getting a 48% pay increase this year

Last year the Phoenix City Council snuck through a 2% food tax that was supposed to be used for police and fire compensation. That was the crisis of the day here in Phoenix. Police and fire services were going to be threatened if the Phoenix City council didn’t ram through this piece of legislation. A few weeks ago we found out that the City of Phoenix used the 2% sales tax money to give its employees nice healthy bonuses (click here). In other words, the reasons the Phoenix City Council gave for increasing the food tax was a lie. It had nothing to do with the Police and Fire services.

It seems that the City of Phoenix and Washington DC are the same when it comes to lying to the public. Washington politicians don’t even seek to hide their lies anymore. Shared sacrifice is a code name for defrauding the ordinary American.

We now have a report that the president’s staff is getting an average 48% increase in salary this year.

Arizona’s Senator McCain supported raising the debt ceiling. On his web site he makes the following statement:

“What this plan does represent is a fiscally sound path forward, and therefore I support its adoption. I applaud the courageous leadership of Senator McConnell and Speaker Boehner.” More…

McCain went out of his way during this process to trash ordinary Americans who did not want this by 66%. Obama, Boehner, McConnell and now McCain went out of their way to sentence the American economy to perpetual failure. The markets are crashing. The dollar is crashing. Gold is going through the roof. Unemployment is up in every major city. We were never out of recession and all this just happened since the debt ceiling bill was signed less than 24 hours ago.

At the same time Obama is off to party in Chicago as the country crumbles. This was all 100% predictable.

August 5th President Obama is celebrating his 50th birthday with a star studded party.

The president promised that if we did not spend additional trillions by raising the debt ceiling the economy would crash. Instead the opposite happened. The debt ceiling was raised and the stock market crashed.

Schweikert explained so eloquently how bad this debt ceiling deal was. It is too bad that Beohner and his minions sold out so easily. It seems that shredding ordinary Americans is the new sport in watching.
House Speaker John Boehner is now just as complicit in destroying this country’s economy as Obama has been.

The House conservatives are under enormous pressure to cave because they are asking for real cuts. This is the only thing that will benefit Americans and the country. You will recall that Congressman David Schweikert of Arizona is one such conservative and a few days ago he made a stunning presentation on the country’s borrowing that said that basically at this rate in 10 years the game is over. We will need to borrow 100% of every dollar the government spends. Clearly that is impossible.

Whether the verbal sewage comes from Senator Harry Reid or Speaker of the House Boehner it is still sewage and it is only designed to be 100% self serving. There is nothing left for the American people when Washington takes its cut off the top. And let’s agree, this latest addition of the balance budget amendment is a red herring. The reason is that there are not specifics as to what a balanced budget amendment means. Basically, this addition of the balanced budget amendment in the debt ceiling bill is nothing more than saying that we should have a balanced budget amendment but there is absolutely no wording as to how it is defined. In other words it’s another con game from Washington. It also confirms that Boehner is determined to con Americans yet again.

Whether it is in Phoenix or in Washington DC, government gets hostile when it comes to cutting their goodies. What is it about this Phoenix government that is totally unaware at how bad the economy is out in the real world? Reading the accounts of the salary increases, bonuses and perks you get the impression that government and its employees are simply saying that the taxpayer better pay up no matter if the taxpayer can pay or not. Back when the Phoenix City council voted for a 2% food tax we were told that would be for fire and police compensation only to find out later that the money was used for immediate pay increases for city employees. Government comes first and makes no sacrifices so you ordinary Americans get over it. Isn’t this how the United Sates was born by rebelling against a tyrannical government? We now have tyrannical government in our back yard of Phoenix..
It also seems that the Phoenix government takes its playbook from government in Washington, DC. Employees there simply do not do without either.

It would seem that ever since Arizona’s House of Representatives congressman David Schweikert gave his impassioned speech on the House floor regarding the debt ceiling, the president and the Democrats are collapsing in the polls. The new breed of conservative Republicans as reflected in Congressman David Schweikert is the only thing that will create a bright future for our country. The conservative Republicans are attempting to do the right thing which is to cut the spending even though House Majority Boehner is shaking in his boots wanting to cut any deal as fast as possible. It is not the debt ceiling that will cut the country’s credit rating. It is the uncontrolled spending that will ruin the country’s credit rating. Boehner is too focused on a political outcome rather than doing what is right for the future of the country. Even Donald Trump says that Republicans hold all the cards and can basically get everything they want. Trump has just said that the August 2nd deadline for raising the debt ceiling is a lot of bull bluff and hype.

Levin:$29 billion avoids default and senate never voted on cut, cap and balance

The senate vote yesterday on cut, cap and balance has been totally misreported. The senate never voted on cut, cap and balance because the Democrats and the White House were afraid that the legislation would pass. As far as there being a risk of default on the debt, we are talking about comng up with a measly $29 billion dollars. Is the president really expecting us to believe that he cannot find $29 billion in the trillions he is spending?

There are 20 Democrat senators who got elected on passing a balanced budget amendment. There are more than enough who can be persuaded to pass cut, cap and balance. This is very important to understand. With close to 70% of Americans against the President it would have taken only 4 Democrat senators to vote with the Republicans and the balance budget amendment and cut, cap and balance would have passed. Harry Reid simply blocked the legislation from coming to the floor. This maneuver is called “tabling” legislation. That is what the senate vote was about not voting on cut, cap and balance. Cut, cap and balance did not go down to defeat because it never came up to a vote.

Arizona Representative David Schweikert trounced Senator John McCain in the first round fight for raising the debt ceiling. McCain wanted to throw in the towel and give President Obama a $2.4 trillion bump in the debt ceiling no questions asked. Representative David Schweikert on the other hand pummeled him and made a crystal clear case as to why we cannot raise the debt ceiling no questions asked. The conservative Republicans now have the opening to destroy the Obama Marxist-socialist juggernaut once and for all. What an opportunity.

Whereas the mainstream press is reporting that there will be a “default” if we don’t meet the August 2nd deadline, this could not be further from the truth. Mainstream press, Democrats and the president simply want to terrorize ordinary Americans with fear so that they can be suckered into acting against their own best interests. On the contrary, if we raise the debt ceiling $2.4 trillion without a minimum of $4 trillion in debt reductions the ratings agencies like Moody’s have warned us that the government’s treasury debt will be downgraded from AAA. If that happens the dollar will further collapse and interest rates will go up.

As of today, Arizona’s Senator McCain is ready to signal surrender in the debt ceiling battle and give President Obama $2.4 trillion dollars in additional spending unconditionally. This plan of surrender is known as the McConnell plan. The good news is that even though the mainstream press is portraying the McConnell plan as a done deal, it is in reality dead in the water and has no chance of passing. Thankfully, conservative Republicans are rising en masse to beat down the McCain’s of senate. Our very own House of Representatives member David Schweikert from Arizona gave a scathing presentation on the House floor of what he thought of McCain’s drivel.

Yesterday, Senator Jim DeMint told Great Van Susteren of Fox News that the “gang of 6” is going up in smoke, that the only ready plan on the table is the “cut, cap and balance” plan passed in the House which is the only legislation that has been passed. There is no other legislation on the table.
DeMint has fired the shot across the bow of the White House. The coalition of conservative House members and senators is determined to stand strong behind its plan. It also has no problem seeing Agust 2nd come and go. He has also categorically stated that there is no reason to default on anything unless the president intentionally goes out of his way to deny payments to social security, veterans, Medicare etc.

When you see a fight in ideology between Arizona’s Senator McCain who says in the media that you better raise the debt ceiling or else you will lose your 401k, you have just run into a statist. McCain wants to give Obama $2.4 trillion in new spending no questions asked. The translation here is that McCain wants to preserve the power of the state at any cost because he is a member of the state. At the same time when you see Arizona’s House of Representatives member Dave Schweikert take the totally opposite view as McCain, you are witnessing a new politician who is not part of the state and who was recently elected to cut the state down to size. That is what this debt ceiling fight is all about. It is not about debt and budgets. It is about a club of politicians who belong to the state and who will preserve the power of the state at any cost. In this club there are no parties, no Republicans or Democrats. There are only statists. This fight is also about newly elected citizen politicians who really want to cut down the state to size and who do not believe one word of all the doom and gloom.

The bottom line is that all the scare tactics are total nonsense and there is no way the United States will default on anything. The current House of Representatives has all the power it needs to get what it wants in the form of “cut, cap and balance.” The odds are that we are headed for a shut down anyway.

Yesterday, Arizona’s Senator John McCain was on Sean Hannity’s show and he was in full attack mode to let the McConnell plan go through. We have never heard McCain so belligerent towards anyone like this. The McConnell plan would raise the debt ceiling a full trillion dollars and let President Obama raise it as needed with no Congressional oversight. He kept saying that if we don’t raise the debt ceiling 401k’s will collapse and the Republicans will get blamed. At the same time Arizona’s House of Representative member David Schweikert stood in stark opposition to McCain’s waving of the white flag and Capitulating to President Obama. Arizona is a microcosm of the battle of the old guard and the new guard in Washington. McCain is willing to gamble that the economy will still have some life in it by the 2012 elections whereas Representative Schweikert believes that if we do not cap and cut spending now we have no future.

He also sited a recent CBS poll that stated Americans were in favor of raising the debt ceiling by 2 to 1. Three months earlier CBS had the very same poll on raising the debt ceiling where the findings were the opposite. Americans were against raising the debt ceiling by 2 to 1. At the same time a Gallup poll contradicts this latest CBS poll stating that Americans do not want to debt ceiling raised by a margin of 2 to 1. And to make things even worse, Generation Opportunity recently commissioned a poll of young Hispanics (ages 18-29) where they found by nearly a 3:1 ratio that Hispanic young adults prefer “reducing federal spending” (69%) to “raising taxes on individuals” (27%) in order to balance the federal budget.
Senator McCain wanted us to believe that with his CBS news poll at his back, he had the authority to scare the hell out of Americans so that the debt ceiling could be raised.

You would think the president is soliciting campaign contributions from the Mexican drug cartels

This is an outrageous title indeed. We do know however that there was some controversy as to how the president got his campaign contributions when he was first elected. Through a loophole, he may have received up to a third of his contributions illegally and from abroad.

Why wouldn’t the Mexican drug cartels jump in to support the president with their billions. The president is doing quite a bit for them. Firstly, the president has told his border patrol not to enforce immigration laws through a back door DREAM Act and through a “catch and release” immigration policy. This makes it very easy for drug traffickers to hide amongst the illegal aliens coming over the border. There are 500,000 coming into Arizona every year alone. These policies seem especially designed to make it as easy as possible for the drug cartels to practice their trade in as convenient a manner as possible.
A gang member of the Zeta Mexican drug cartel was caught recently and he testified that all the guns they needed were supplied by the US government.

Why did we know there was no recovery as far back as September of 2009?

When we saw the below story on 9.2% unemployment this morning, we simply laughed. There was nothing there we did not know for the last two years. The president’s con games and his con men were outed by us and many millions of small business people years ago! We all know that as long as Obama is president there will be zero chance of a recovery. Small business people are protecting their capital and crossing their arms and doing nothing until Obama is gone. If he does not leave, you can forget prosperity as you know it. There is however a huge opening to put a dagger squarely into the heart of the Obama Marxist-socialist juggernaut. That opening is the debt ceiling fight going on in Washington. The Republicans have all the power here. They have overwhelming public opinion watching their backs. They can submit a budget in the House of Representatives that does not shut down essential services in the government. The interest on the debt can be paid, social security can be paid, the troops can be paid even Medicare can be paid. If these things do not get paid it will be because the president does not want to. Which was worse? Operation Fast and Furious or Watergate

Since we have started writing about Operation Fast and Furious we have been suggesting that this scandal is as bad if not worse than Watergate. Operation Fast and Furious was one of the Justice Department’s genius schemes thought up by high ranking management at the DOJ to flood the Mexican drug cartels with thousands of guns.

According to Senator Grassley and House member Issa, Attorney General Holder knew about this operation and President Obama was also in the loop. The problem with Fast and Furious is that hundreds of people are being killed. American and Mexican police officers are being killed not to mention hundreds of American and Mexican citizens. In order to cover up their complicity in this scandal, Obama administration officials tried to cover up their tracks by blaming American gun manufacturers for deaths that are clearly the fault of Obama administration management. In order to cover up their incompetence they called for a new round of gun control when this issue had nothing to do with gun control and everything to do with incompetence on an incomprehensible scale. The Obama administration even suckered in the Mexican government into suing the American gun manufacturers for this proliferation of guns when it should have really sued Obama himself for his underlings’ stupidity.

This Fourth of July celebrate with Gary Sinise and the troops

Gary Sinise, the main hero of the CSI New York series, has been all over the world to US armed services bases to visit and perform in his band the Lieutenant Dan Band ( Lt Dan Band). His band is made up of 14 musicians and 3 support staff all voluntary but professional musicians. They have travelled all over the world including once to Afgahnistan and 7 times to Iraq for nearly ten years to support the troops. Sinise underwrites the cost many times and when he is not shooting his episodes of CSI New York he is on the road supporting the troops expressing his thanks on behalf of all those who appreciate our troops’ service to our country.

He has said many times that even when he is shooting his series he gets requests to perform for the troops and will jump in an airplane on a Friday night pull an all nighter to perform on a Saturday and then make it back to the movie set location on Monday.

Throwing rocks at border patrol agents, getting them killed, selling guns to the drug cartels and firing whistle blowers

Obama’s Federal government is in a war not only in Afghanistan, Iraq, Libya and Yemen but against the US border states.

Last week Obama signed an executive order for blanket amnesty which makes any illegal immigrant now impossible to prosecute for violating Federal immigration laws. States like Arizona have no recourse to enforcing immigration laws and have to sit idly by and let millions of illegal immigrants cross the borders bringing with it an illegal drug trade and massive crime. The Federal government is also actively selling thousands of guns to the drug cartels and grossly endangering the lives of tens of thousands of American on the border. The Federal government is turning a blind eye perfectly happy accepting collateral deaths of Arizonans and other border sates as a consequence of its actions. Those brave Federal officers who blew the whistle on this outrage have been fired while Obama. Dream Act: Obama passes amnesty by a back door ICE directive

Last Friday, with no fanfare, no press coverage, and with every effort made to hide his actions from the American people, President Obama snuck through the spirit of the DREAM Act via an ICE memo.

Opposed by a majority of the American people and twice defeated in Congress, the DREAM Act grants amnesty to any illegal alien residing in the United States if s/he agrees to enlist in the U.S. military or enter college.

The Obama administration memo to John Morton, Director of I.C.E. (Immigration and Customs Enforcement) directs I.C.E. agents now to use “prosecutorial discretion” with regard to enforcing immigration laws.

Director Morton says that Obama Administration policy directs border patrol agents not to enforce immigration laws: “When ICE favorably exercises prosecutorial discretion, it essentially decides not to assert the full scope of the enforcement authority available to the agency.”

You read that right. According to the Obama administration “favorable” enforcement means NOT enforcing the law!

Issa:Attorney General Holder knew about the sale of thousands of American guns

House of Representative member Darrel Issa ( R ) has said that that Attorney General Eric Holder “absolutely knew” about the sale of thousands of American made guns to Mexican drug cartels. In an apocalyptic-like science fiction-like scenario, the stupidest of the stupid Federal employees thought up the idea that if they sold thousands of guns to the drug cartels they could somehow follow where they went and uncover drug cartel networks. Obama's DOJ leads Mexican and American citizens to slaughter

This is an article about the abuse of Phoenix, and of Arizona by the Obama Department of Justice (DOJ). Arizona is accustomed to being trashed by the Obama administration being peppered by lawsuit after lawsuit. What has changed is that Obama’s DOJ has now crossed the line and is getting hundreds if not thousands of people, many Americans, killed in the process. In a brilliant move, Obama’s Justice Department (DOJ) authorized the sale of guns to drug cartel gangs under a special operation entitled “Project Gunrunner.” The theory was that the DOJ could track where these weapons went and unearth the drug cartel networks. It is high time for the government to share the wealth, to spread it around a little bit and it is. A few weeks ago the Federal government took whatever is left in Federal employee pension money and is using it to pay for the government’s expenses. That means that retirees and existing employees alike have had their pension reserves seized so that the government may give it away for the greater good.

This of course is not reported as such, but that is what has happened. Federal employees are no more than fodder to prop up the Obama government at any cost.

The economy is not in a sluggish growth pattern. It is in decelerating growth soon to reverse and go negative. At 1.8% growth the economy has not enough momentum to climb. A sure giveaway of this state of affaires is that the dollar is collapsing and gold is projected to go to $5,000-$12,000 per ounce in the next 36 months.

At the same time, in a very twisted way things are looking up. Whatever Obama touches turns to its opposite. First he creates disaster then he creates the opposite.

President Obama can forget reelection. It is all over for him.

Even his supporters have said that if the economy does not turn around, he is finished. Hyperinflation and the double dip recession is dead ahead. Actually the double dip recession is a euphemism for depression since we never really left the recession. Obama’s policies are completely incoherent and depict a White House in dysfunctional crisis mode.

At the same time that he congratulated himself for single handedly killing Osama Bin Laden, he has also been granting known terrorists US citizenship.

If that is not enough our sources are also telling us that there was a rebellion amongst the military personnel when it came to deciding to go after Osama. In essence the military made all the decisions for the President since he could not make the decisions himself.

Whether you look at the main stream press or conservative press they are all so into themselves and their agendas that they cannot see what is happening. The dollar is in total shambles which portends some very unsavory storm clouds right around the corner.

When it comes to the eligibility issue there are some fifteen sharks (states) going after the whale (Obama White house). The sharks are circling all around this Obama whale. There are the Obamacare lawsuits comprising of some 30 states. There are the immigration lawsuits in Arizona. There are also the new union law reforms which started in Wisconsin being enacted in the states as well representing a feeding frenzy and savaging the White house flanks. Finally there are the eligibility bills floating in some 15 states making their way through the state legislatures. Oklahoma is now about to enact its eligibility law.

All these actions represent bruising bites out of the Obama White house whale.

Arizona: White House snubs Brewer on immigration talks as she snubs Tea Party on eligibility bill

This morning Arizona Governor Jan Brewer was whining to Greta Van Susteren that President Obama did not invite her to the immigration talks he is holding at the White House. This occurred on the heals of Brewer’s snub of the Tea Party when she vetoed Arizona’s eligibility bill which many worked so hard to get through the Arizona legislature. The disdain with which Obama is treating the governor is the same disdain the governor is using towards the Tea Party when it comes to the eligibility bill. It is almost as if this is therapy for her. She resents being trashed so she has to take it out on well meaning people like the Tea Party and she goes out of her way to trash them. There is a type of human being who thinks this way.

When news of the veto came through, it did not take us long to figure out a plausible explanation as to why the governor vetoed the bill. It’s quite simple. There was nothing in it for her.

This article is a about a quick update on the progress of Arizona’s presidential eligibility law. We thought however that we would start with blowing up the argument that since Obama has a certificate of live birth, he was born in Hawaii. Obama’s sister also has a certificate of live birth even though she was born in Indonesia. About this there is absolutely no doubt. It is therefore possible to be born in another part of the world and get a certificate of live birth from Hawaii. This also puts to rest the idea that if you have a certificate of live birth from Hawaii it means you were born in Hawaii and therefore a US citizen. Obama’s sister has clearly disproven that. This brings us to our main focus that Arizona’s presidential eligibility law has made significant progress and passed the Arizona Senate. It is also very obvious that such laws are indispensable because as you can see a certificate of live birth means absolutely nothing towards proving presidential eligibility. We just received an e-mail a few minutes ago from Jeff Lichter one of the three individuals from the Arizona Tea Party delegation that met with Donald Trump in Manhattan, New York yesterday. Governor Scott Walker is a new breed of Republican. He has the same kind of fight in him as a Pelosi or Reid. In other words, he does not care about defeat even if he is defeated. He keeps regrouping until he gets what he wants. When it appeared like Supreme Court Justice David Prosser was about to lose his election in Wisconsin, a lot of old style Republicans simply cried that we lost, that the vote was stolen, that we were descending into hell. This author reminded them that Governor Walker plays to win and that we should see how this all played out. When the tallies came in the next day of the elections Prosser’s opponent Kloppenburg declared victory with 200 more votes out of 1.5 million. Then 24 hours later surprise of surprises. Fully 8,000 votes were found in favor of Prosser that had not been legitimately counted and which gave him a decisive victory. We have included a video clip of Kloppenburg’s idiotic victory speech which was taken away 24 hours later. You simply cannot make this up. It is so funny. This re-election victory by Judge Prosser is so critical because it will insure that Governor Walker is able to implement his new union reform law in Wisconsin and because this will be the blueprint for the rest of the country. Recovery is working for 20% of Americans

Whether you are in Arizona, Wisconsin, Egypt, Lybia, Saudi Arabia or the Middle East Obama’s new normal is fighting, violent protests, and pitting people against each other. Wherever he goes the outcome is the same. People end up at each other’s throats. Obama’s economics is designed to do that. A few days ago Gary Schilling wrote an article entitled:” The Two-Tier Recovery: Why Most People Are Not Feeling It.” In it he explains that essentially only 20% of Americans are doing well and that this is the way it has always been. It has always been this way and we simply did not know it. We have so been informed. The Rasmussen polling organization recently did a poll in its “Discover small business watch” section to gauge how well small businesses were doing. Only 22% were experiencing a “sustained recovery.” Whether you believe Schilling or Rasmussen the new normal is that if 20% of the economy is doing well, it is considered a growing economy. Isn’t that what President Obama has told us? We are in recovery. Trojan horses in the Arizona legislature

Just recently we penned an article entitled:” What is President Obama hiding in that birth certificate?”. Basically, we pointed out that President Obama’s refusal to show his long form birth certificate no longer had to do with whether he was born in the US or not. It has now to do with what he is hiding and who this man really is. The long form birth certificate reveals the hospital where he was born and the doctor who delivered followed by various original signatures. So far only the short form certificate has been revealed which is a version where anything can be put on it without the benefit of verification. It also turns out that some 11 states are considering making it mandatory for presidential candidates to provide their long form birth certificates to the proper state authorities for verification in order to qualify to run in the respective states. Arizona is currently considering state bill SB1157 (in the senate) and HB2177 in the house the Presidential Eligibility Bill. The problem is that 31 votes are needed in the house to pass this bill and so far 27 are committed to vote for it. We need 4 more and to get over the top but those staunch Republicans are getting wobbly knees. They talk a good game during election times but once they are in they pile into the Trojan horse to do the wrong thing which is abdicate their promises to their constituents. Don’t you wish Obama defended Arizona the way he is defending Libya?

Arizonans are watching with envy as the people of Libya are getting all of the Arizona fence budget for their protection. That budget is being spent on the firing of Tomahawk missiles at the rate of $2 million per missile. Neat! Over one hundred missiles have already been fired for a cool $100 million. We are told that the Obama Libyan peace effort as it blows up thousands of Libyans off the face of the earth is costing a minimum of $100 million per week and is slated to continue for six months. The preliminary estimate is that the Libyan action will cost $6 billion. Arizonans could have built a fence for maximum security with that and even hired more border protection. Instead, all that money is going to Libya. We cannot afford anything for Arizona’s protection, but Libya gets unlimited funds. Perhaps that is why President Obama was awarded the Nobel Peace prize in advance of any accomplishments. He is showing us how blowing people up means peace when he does it.

Governor of Arizona complies with Federal judge’s immigration ruling but Obama ignores Federal judge’s Obamacare ruling

When it comes to abiding by Federal judge rulings, Obama it seems has exempted himself but expects everyone else to comply.

In Arizona, a Federal judge struck down certain parts of Arizona’s new immigration bill SB 1070. The state of Arizona is now going through the appeals process but the governor of Arizona is abiding by the Federal judge’s ruling and waiting to implement the full law until things are worked out in court.

Wouldn’t it be nice if Jan Brewer ,the governor of Arizona, simply told the Federal judge that the state will continue to implement the law until the full appeals process is exhausted and until the case is decided by the Supreme Court?

What a difference a month makes. On January 8, 2011 House Representative Gabrielle Giffords was shot in the head in Tucson Arizona. Arizona and immigration

Arizonans have endured the floggings, beatings from Obama’s endless lawsuits for over two years now. Arizonans have had their security compromised and their state placed in a bigger dangerous environment from emboldened drug trading from Mexico. Obama has made sure Arizonans cannot defend themselves successfully. The trouble is that Arizonans are a tough lot, a very tough lot. The more they are oppressed by Obama’s Justice Department the more they rise to the occasion and the more they hand Obama one failure after the other. Whether it is the Giffords-Obama rally, Sheriff Joe’s roundup of illegal aliens, defending against Obama’s immigration lawsuits, Arizonans end up coming up as the good guys at least when you consider the polls. Close to 75% of Americans support Arizona’s actions.

Let’s not forget that according to FBI statistics over 10,000 people have been killed on the US-Mexico border every year for the last four years. That’s over 40,000 people killed. As a matter of fact, last year 2010 more people were killed on the US-Mexico border than in Afghanistan. That is Obama’s legacy to Arizonans a war torn southern border worse than the killing in Afghanistan or Iraq.

Tea Parties setting standards for civility: liberals call for Palin’s beheading

Tea Party rallies and gatherings are civil and polite. You will never hear Tea Party participants ransacking, killing and terrorizing people. The recent uprisings in Egypt are supposed to be democracy in action. At least that is what the MAM is spinning. Obama says that Rahm Emmanuel is eligible to be mayor of Chicago

We simply could not resist commenting on this latest story as a follow up to our article “Arizona will decide whether Obama gets reelected.”

We explained yesterday that President Obama has spent millions to block any attempts at looking into his eligibility documents. To this day, no one has seen originals of birth certificates or supporting documents like college transcripts. We also intimated that Arizona will have the last laugh by forcing him to produce eligibility documents if he wants to qualify for the state’s electoral votes should he win. By making this a front and center issue for the 2012 elections, Arizona will force tens of millions of voters to see the potential fraud Obama has tried to hoist on the American people. If it were left up to Obama, we are simply to assume that he is telling the truth and be content with that.

Enter Obama’s former chief of staff Rahm Emmanuel who wants to be mayor of Chicago. This is a very interesting situation that gives us clear insight on how Obama sees eligibility. Eligibility to President Obama is not bound by law. It is whatever he decides. This applies to his own eligibility to be president as well as to his former chief of staff’s eligibility to be mayor of Chicago.

Arizona will decide whether Obama gets reelected

New information has come to the fore that explains in detail why President Obama simply does not want to show his birth certificate. The controversy has to do with the idea that the President’s legal name on his birth certificate is Barry Soetoro not Barrack Obama. It also has to do with the idea that all kinds of white lies were told on his college transcripts so he could qualify for student aide as a foreign student under the name Barry Soetoro. This is a story about potential fraud on a grand scale which is why the President does not want to show his birth certificate.

Back in April of 2010 the Arizona legislature had crafted a law requiring that presidential candidates present their birth certificates and supporting documents proving their eligibility for the 2012 presidential elections and beyond. The argument was that the Congress simply did not do its job in vetting President Obama and the Arizona legislature would make sure this would never happen again. At the time the president of the Arizona senate did not bring the bill up for discussion and therefore stalled the bill. Had it come up for a vote the bill would have passed.

Imagine if during the 2012 elections Obama refuses to show his birth certificate. Americans would simply wonder why.

Back in December of 2010 Trulia.com (www.trulia.com), a top site for homebuyers, reporter that in a survey that 58 percent of U.S. adults expected recovery to take at least another two years.

We saw this story this morning as we were looking at Realtytrac.com to see what was new in the real estate market. There is plenty new, but we will focus on this article about 58% of Americans expecting the real estate market to turn around after 2012.

This struck us. Why would 58% of Americans pluck out of thin air that the real estate market won’t turn around for at least two years? Keep in mind this was not 58% of home buyers. We are talking about 58% of Americans at large.

Passive aggressive is a state of mind of an individual who appears passive in the light of authority and who becomes aggressive in the absence of authority. Prison is the perfect illustration of the passive aggressive mind set. Prisoners are passive as long as guards are present. When the guards go away, prisoners can turn into unprincipled, degenerate savages.

Sarah Palin got dragged by the mainstream press in the Gabrielle Giffords tragedy.
She was accused of somehow being responsible for Giffords’ shooting as well as the other victims harmed in the incident. She was thousands of miles away. She never personally targeted Giffords. She basically had absolutely nothing to do with this incident.
Despite these facts, she was used as a scapegoat and blamed so unfairly that it was obvious to a majority of Americans. Only 28% of Adults say the shooting in Arizona was the result of political anger in the country.
The liberal democrats in the main stream press have lost and scored a big fat zero. If after all this theater less than a third of the people are buying this blame Sarah mantra. The mainstream press has totally failed. If this is the best they have, the end is indeed near for them. They have completely lost their ability to control what Americans think as they once did.

Phoenix: drowning in red ink may hire up to 300 in water department

Take a look at the Phoenix city budget. It was $120 million in the red and they think they found $60 million by raising taxes. By raising taxes city managers immediately increased expenses by $60 million. Do you realize that if they had not done that there would not be a shortfall? At least for this year, the budget would be balanced. Instead they immediately drove up the red ink including a $20 million salary increase for city employees.

For those of you who want to see the Phoenix City budget here it is. The really good stuff is on page 46.

In addition , we learned yesterday that the Phoenix Water Department is planning on absorbing 300 city employees from downsized departments. How does this work? What exactly is going on at the water department that it has to hire 300 people? Aren’t we in recession? Wouldn’t water consumption be down?

Just today we learn from CNBC of all places that the housing market is drifting dangerously back into depression.

What good does this do Brian Terry and Gabrielle Giffords?

Brian Terry was the border patrol agent who was killed by Mexican bandits a few weeks ago on the Arizona-Mexico border. Gabrielle Giffords is the congresswoman who was seriously shot Saturday in Tucson by a gunman.

Not much was made of Brian Terry’s murder. There was a funeral. Janet Napolitano came to the funeral and chided Terry’s family for complaining that their son was not kept safe enough and that was the end of it. When it surfaced that the reason Terry was killed was that Napolitano issued a memo directing border agents to use rubber bullets instead of real lethal force, the story was very quickly hushed.

Tens of thousands of people are killed on the US-Mexico border every year as a result of the drug cartel’s activities, and there is no concern that comes out of Washington and the White House. Arizona is sued to prevent the state from enforcing border security and state security. Arizona is harassed by the EPA into submission by abiding by pollution standards that are questionable at best.

Then comes the assassination attempt of Gabrielle Giffords and this is a totally different story. If Brian Terry gets barely a peep or consideration, for Gabrielle Giffords the earth is standing still.

Phoenix: the mayor parties in Dubai and the water department may hire 300

It seems that city government’s spending is totally out of control. Just today we heard that the Deer Valley School district may have some outrageous expenses like administrator credit card charges of $5,000 from the Sharper Image and expenses of $100,000 for sporting events. We are trying to find the confirming documents for this and will do another story on that. The point here is simply that the more the taxpayers look into their local government’s spending the more we realize that a lot of fat can be cut without affecting the worker bees. We would love to see how a $5,000 expense is necessary for the smooth operation of the school district. More later.

In the meantime, the Mayor of Phoenix Philk Gordon is working real hard on his nth trip to Dubai supposedly on city business. What exactly does Dubai have to offer Phoenix? No one seems to know for sure. Not to be outdone by the people at Deer Valley Unified, he is staying in hotel suites at a cool $1800 per night. There was also a scandal about how he wanted to tow along his girlfriend and some in law to this real hard working junket but that may not have happened.

“But what is the real purpose behind the travels, since Gordon's own e-mails recently revealed that his girlfriend, Elissa Mullany, has a global connections company? Can't have a global connections company without a Rolodex full of, well, global connections.

To be sure, Gordon's travels to Dubai are credited for landing Phoenix an agreement in 2008 between the two governments that is supposed to make it easier for corporations in Dubai to do business in Phoenix.

So while the school district allegedly has some very, very questionable expenses and the mayor is on junkets that no one seems to associate with city business, the Phoenix Water Department takes the cake in budgetary orgies. Do you see a trend here?

RealtyTrac: foreclosures drop in November but will come roaring back in 2011

Just last week we got news that the unemployment rate came down from 9.8% to 9.4%. Let the good times roll.

Here in Phoenix, if you Google “residential real estate Phoenix” you will see media story after media story about how we have reached bottom and about how 2011 will score a turn around ion real estate.

The similarity between the unemployment positivism and the real estate positivism is that it is not true. These are all stories that are not based in fact and only designed to help the political class to help it fool us one more day.

It is no surprise that Realtytrac posts the following analysis. We must view any story from the dominant media or the White House with extreme skepticisim.

Notice in the below quote the lat two lines:“What's continuing to drive the trend is high unemployment, weak demand and lending standards that remain tight.”Wouldn’t you think that with unemployment going down from 9.8% to 9.4% that there would be some little glimmer of improvement in real estate? After all that difference of .4% represents 400,000 jobs to the better. We have been told the economy is improving and even manufacturing has increased every month for 17 months. Why then is real estate going to go down again?

Unemployment figures: White house cooking the books

You’ve got to remember that the Obama administration has told some big lies over the last 24 months. Why should they change now?

We just wrote an article about how the City of Phoenixes water department is padding its workforce with employees from downsized departments while showing the world it is making big cuts. It is the let’s see if we can fool them one more day technique.

It seems that at all government levels the fool them one more time philosophy reigns.

Let’s look for a moment at this big drop in unemployment from 9.8% to 9.4%.

What everyone forgets here is that the long term BLS u6 unemployment figure has gone up from 17% to 19% meaning that the people who have no job or who are under employed are at 19% of the work force. Basically that .4% unemployment disappearance from 9.8% to 9.4% got moved into the long term category hence the increase from 17% to 19%.

Water rates: another fleecing from the City of Phoenix

The below commentary is from one of Phoenixes city council members Sal DiCiccio. He is pointing out how the city’s water department is planning on hiring 98 new people and charging 7% more for water services. What the water department does not tell you is that over half those new hires are transfers from other downsized city departments.

In other words, the city management is trying to show that it is making cuts when in reality they are not. Why are they hiring 98 new people in such a down economy? If anything they should have less work no more with all these foreclosures.

Phoenix: long term unemployment is up 10% a sure sign of recovery

Just yesterday we stated that Obama’s recovery is another name for a continuing recession.
If you read the Phoenix economic news especially when it relates to real estate and you will see that this is it. We are over the recession and 2011 is going to be the boom year.
Whatever article you read, you are told that the recession is finally over and we are on the road to recovery. What’s amusing is that some of these reports are written by “professors” at some university. These are people who have no idea how to make a profit or meet a payroll who want to tell you that you are going to do well this year.
Before we go into the below article, just today it was announced that long tern employment is up over 10% from 17% to 19%. Long term unemployment is the figure the BLS reports which includes those who have stopped looking for work. In other words those who would like to work but cannot find a full time job represent 19% of the total work force.

Obama’s recovery is another name for a continuing recession

Those of you who have been reading this column since the start about three years now know that we have consistently said that there is no recovery. Right now we are at a point in time akin to a bright beautiful sunny day in the midst of a brutal winter.

Martin Armstrong who is a brilliant foreseer of economic trends summarizes the current condition of the economy. In a nutshell, the problem is not the economy. It is the DEBT that will make things very, very painful over the next decade.

20 government workers with supersized pay

More than anything now, government at any level is the reason the country is doing so poorly.

Government workers live in a bubble since they do not have much skin in the game. They have for the most part 100% coverage of health care benefits whether dental, eye or health coverage. They get automatic pay increases and super generous vacation and pension packages. As we have said they have no skin in the game.

In the following excerpt, we see how the Phoenix Chief of Police is getting paid and gaming the system. At the very least, the police officers who are on the front lines should get above average compensations. They are risking their lives every day and there should be some kind of compensation to account for fatal or near fatal incidents.

When you are dealing with police bureaucrats, that is a different issue.

Janet Napolitano finally agrees to enforce border security

Unfortunately, Napolitano has gone half way around the world to show the President of Afghanistan how to enforce his country's borders. At the same time the US-Arizona border is in shambles. Some 30,000 people have been killed along the US-Mexico border in the last four years due to the drug and smuggling trade from South America. This obviously qualifies Napolitano to show the war torn country of Afghanistan how to do border enforcement.

DADT repeal forces heterosexuals to strip naked for gays

At a time when the economy is in total meltdown mode, when Phoenix police officers and Arizona border patrol agents are being slaughtered by a drug war Obama refuses to fight, Congress focuses on gays in the military while it has no ability to help us win the wars we are waging or turn the economy around.

Isn’t the whole point of being gay that you are attracted to same sex individuals?

With the repeal of DADT (Don’t ask don’t tell) in the military, individuals who are gay will no longer have to hide that fact. In other words, the whole world will know that they are gay.

What a neat advantage gays will have when sharing close quarters with straight people. They get to go into locker rooms and ogle the goods in their naked splendor. Can you imagine a lesbian master seargent who has been in the service for a few decades going to check out all the cute twenty something honeys in the locker room? How about if the same seargent wants a relationship with that cute honey? The honey goes to complain and is told that it is simply not politically correct to complain about the gay lifestyle and to grin and bear it.

Can you imagine if it became mandatory that women in the military were required to strip in locker rooms in front of their male counterparts and vice versa? Would there be outrage? You bet there would. Somehow heterosexuals are not given the same courtesy. Wonder why the double standard?

But now a Department of Defense group is demanding that heterosexual members of the service be required to strip in front of gay counterparts and to grin and bear it. Why is the Obama administration going out of its way to humiliate 97% of service members? Why is this DOD group demanding that heterosexuals have no say in their own sense of dignity? Why is this DOD group demanding that heterosexuals be required to strip naked for the sake of gay equality and pleasure?

There is something very, very wrong here when the Obama administration is determined to humiliate and subjugate a group of people for his own sense of pleasure and perversion. Oh! But is gets better! Joe Lieberman the senator from Connecticut who lead the charge of the repeal of DADT is not just satisfied with a simple repeal. He also wants to make sodomy as easy as possible in the armed services. To that end he wants to abolish all sodomy laws. In case you are confused, sodomy is when a gay male inserts his penis into another gay male’s feces infested rectum. This is Joe Lieberman’s contribution.

Does this sound disgusting, or are we just so yesterday that we are not keeping up with the times? Are senators now so degenerate that this is all they can think of? And why do service members oppose repeal of DADT? What do they know that these idiots in congress miss?

And before you go and say that this is a civil rights issue like in the 1950’s this has nothing to do with a black man not being able to sit at a lunch counter or sit at the front of a bus. Gays can do pretty much sit anywhere they want or do whatever they want. Gays are being used as the useful idiots of an authoritarian regime. It is a way for the Obama administration to inflict maximum humiliation and subjugation on service members who are the least likely to support the president by overwhelming margins. That is what this is about and you wonder why congressional approve is a 7 % and Obama’s is now in the thirties.

Obama is the one term president

There are a series of conditions that are converging on Obama’s eligibility status that cannot be ignored and that will make Obama a one term president.

The first condition has to do with our very own state of Arizona and several other states. These states are proposing legislation that will require presidential candidates to provided proof of eligibility to be president if they want to qualify for the electoral votes of that state. With the Russell Pearce becoming the president of the Arizona senate this legislation will be voted on and likely approved.

A Texas state lawmaker has filed a bill that would require candidates for president or vice president to show their birth certificates to the secretary of state before being allowed on the ballot, and the measure could become effective as early as next year if adopted and signed into law.

The move by Rep. Leo Berman, R-Tyler, renews the threat to a second Oval Office term for Barack Obama that was posed last year when the state House in Arizona actually adopted the requirement, but the session ended before the Senate acted.

Berman's legislation, House Bill 295, is brief and simple:

It would add to the state election code the provision: "The secretary of state may not certify the name of a candidate for president or vice-president unless the candidate has presented the candidate's original birth certificate indicating that the person is a natural-born United States citizen."

Obama has a very recognizable way of pounding people into submission. He first has to make them red out with anger.

There is a proverb attributed toEuripides, that goes like this:

Obama’s only way of governing is to enrage various groups of people. Before you let yourself be enraged, realize that that is the way you destroy yourself from within and end up giving in to the source of your rage. This is a well known psycho-political technique to totally enslave and destroy the masses. One very well known example is the German hatred of the Jews in the 1930’s and 1940’s. Germans were whipped up in a red hot hatred of the Jews and they ended up destroying themselves in the most gruesome way. Remember this example the next time you hear Obama spewing his poison against a group of people.
